    At Walkout, we take immense pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our luxury dresses. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you.

  2. Eligibility
    To be eligible for a return, please ensure the following:

  • The item is in the same condition as you received it.

  • The item is unworn and free from any odors.

  • The item is in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached.

  • The return is requested within 7 days of the original purchase date.

  • The item is not a custom order or handmade product.

  1. Non-Returnable Items
    The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom orders.

  • Handmade orders.

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable."

  1. Return Process
    To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our customer support team at [contact email/phone] to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  • Pack your item(s) securely in the original packaging (if available) or in suitable packaging to prevent damage during transit.

  • Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package.

  • Ship the package to the address provided by our customer support team.
    Note: Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

  1. Refunds
    Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item(s), we will process your refund within 7 business days. The refund will be issued in the original form of payment. Please note that shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

  2. Exchanges
    We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.

  3. Handmade & Custom Orders

  • Handmade orders cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances.

  • If you wish to cancel or replace a handmade order, it must be done within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, cancellations or replacements will not be accepted.
